What are the differences between GCS switchgear and MNS switchgear?

GCS-Type Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear is single side operated cabinet, depth is 800mm.

MNS Low Voltage Electrical control cabinets can be made to double sides operated cabinet, depth is 1000mm.

GCS control cabinet: (MCC)

There is installation hole whose diameter is 9.2mm and modulus are 20mm and 100mm at the side of 8MF type steel.

The functional chambers are separated: functional chamber, busbar chamber, cable chamber.

Functional unit

The modulus of the height of drawer is 160mm, and the rated current of every circuit is less than 400A.

There should be max. 11 drawers or 22 1/2 drawers in MCC cabinet.

Drawer unit

There is mechanical interlock device.

MNS LV switch gear:(MCC)

The cabinet is consisted of C type steel. There are three chambers: Functional chamber (Front left), Busbar chamber(rear cabinet), cable chamber(Front right). MNS can be made to double sides cabinet because the horizontal busbar chamber is at the back side.

Functional unit

The modulus of drawer height is 200mm.

There is mechanical interlock device.
