1.  General

The frames of MNS low voltage electrical control power distribution switchgear are highly flexible. There is no need of repair after installation. MNS electrical control cabinet meets the requirements of Appendix AA in IEC298, it passes the fault arc measurement of an independent testing organization, as well as the type test. During the test, there is no effect on adjacent extracting type components after fault arc occurrence. After arc extinction, drawer-type components still have operational functions after cleaning up: The positions of the components with mechanical interlock will not change and even when it is at disconnecting position, there are no fault arc marks on switchgear surface.

There is no CFC or halogen contained in plastic material used in MNS system. This kind of plastic material has flame-retardant and self-extinguishing characteristics. Compare with a traditional product, the innovative MNS LV switchgear has more advantages.

3. Operation conditions

1.  Ambient temperature: should be more than -5℃ and less than 40℃. The average temperature in 24 hours should be less than 35℃.

2.  Humidity: air should be clear. The relative humidity when highest temperature is 40℃ should be less than 50% and higher relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is a little bit low. For example, when the temperature is 20℃, humidity can be 90%. Dewing will be happened occasionally due to the change in temperature.

3. When the temperature is between -25℃and 55℃, transportation and storage can be proceeded.

4. The altitude should be less than 2000m.

5. Earthquake seismic degree should be less than 8.

6. Pollution degree: three

Note:1. if choose some element which cannot meet the above requirements, user and manufacturer can coordinate. 2. When the operating conditions are not in accordance with the above conditions, the user can point it out to manufacturer and coordinate.

4. Ordering Instructions

Orderers should provide the following technical documents:

  • Single line diagram of primary main wiring scheme and main busbar mode and specification.

  • Secondary schematic diagram and terminal layout. If there is no terminal layout, arrange by the manufacturer.

  • Secondary mini busbar arrangement drawing and relative section view.

  • If busbar bridge is needed (between switchgear or between switchgear and wall), spacing and height (size) should be provided.

  • Electrical equipment summary table.

  • If there are special requirements (regional requirements or special operation conditions), put forward when ordered.

  • If need more spare parts and accessories, provide mode and amount.
